How Sociable: Pike is very sociable, he can shmooze with the best of them. It's one of the reasons Starfleet made him their recruiting officer. He can play Starfleet's political game when he has to. When in a command situation, he keeps a respectful distance from most of his crew, not because he doesn't like them but because he feels they wouldn't like the Admiral hovering over everything they do.
Friends: Pike's friends mostly come from people he works with, they include James T. Kirk, Spock, Leonard McCoy, Jonathan Archer, and others.
Pets: He has a horse named Tango, he still lives in Mojave as horses are not good companions on starships.
Least Favourite Type of Person: Idiots. Plain and Simple.
Affinity With: Starfleet Command, United Federation of Planets
When You First Meet Them They Are Likely To: Introduce himself.
As you Know them Better (And they like you): He will slowly get to know you and let you get to know him. He does his best not to pry.
As You Know Them Better (And They Dislike You): He'll make it known he doesn't like you, but still be decently pleasant about it.
Positive Characteristics: Stubborn, quick thinker, very attentive toward the way others act
Negative Characteristics: Stubborn mostly. He's also not particularly happy he was removed from the command of his ship. Working through that though.

Dark Version of Self: Mirror!Pike is a complete bastard. Very calculating, and he's able to be nice to those he hates.
Light Version of Self: Regular!Pike is pretty easy going for a command officer. He isn't into micromanaging his ship or his crew. He's probably more of a solider than most Starfleet officers are accustomed to.
How Serious Are They: In most situations Pike tries to find the humor in things. But when he needs to be serious he is, and everyone knows it.
Believe In Ghosts: Yes.
Independent: Extremely.
Soft Spot / Vulnerability: His soft spot is really for new cadets. He loves the whole world is in front of them attitude. He'll go out of his way to help them out if they need him to.
Opinion On Swearing: He doesn't mind it much, uses it on occasion himself though never to a lower ranking officer. He feels it shows some mark of disrespect.
